LOCAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Local delivery will be done via POSLAJU. Your parcel can be tracked at Poslaju.com.my with your tracking no (we will provide your Tracking No. via email upon delivery) or just call 1-300-300-300 to track your delivery item(s). Click HERE to locate your parcel.

DELIVERY TIME

All local orders will be delivered within 3 - 4 working days after the payment has been confirmed.

*Delivery will be done twice a week on WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY.

If you don't receive your order items within 7-12 days, please kindly notify us immediately, we will help you to track your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY CHARGES

Flat rate of RM6 shipping&handling fees applied for all for shipment to ANYWHERE IN MALAYSIA for items weighing less than 1 Kilogram.

Free shipping for order over RM200 to ANYWHERE IN MALAYSIA for items weighing less than 1 Kilogram.

Any excess shipping cost for item weighing more than 1 Kilogram will be billed separately.

We will not deliver to a post office box (P.O Box) or incomplete address.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We delivers to Malaysia,Singapore and Brunei.

For international delivery please allow within 2-3 weeks shipment, once payment has been  received.

RETURNS POLICY

We will do our best to make all of our customers happy. If you wish to return the items,it must be in original packet, not used, not washed, not soiled, or damaged. And must be return within 7 days after day of purchase with pos laju or courier service.The return will be made in a form of STORE CREDIT for you next purchase base on the price paid. Shipping fee is not returnable.
